I remember the first time I met Dick Wagner and his manager Susan Michaelson it was Feb of this year. They invited Real II Reel Productions out to Harmoine Park Studios, where Dick was filming a video for a new Wagner anthem for Detroit, "MOTOR CITY MUSIC". The proceeds will benefit the "bicycle ministry" of Brother Al, a Franciscan monk, who rides his bicycle cart through the streets of Detroit, bringing food and hot drinks to the homeless.

Hanging out that day at Harmoine Park Studio's we met and shared a lot of laughs with so many amazing Detroit Rock Legends who were so gracious and we instantly felt a musical bond with them.
Dick Wagner, Johnny B, Ray Goodman, Prakash John, Jim McCarty, Jimmie Bones and Dennis Burr & we even got to meet the legendary Motown singer Pat Lewis. It was unforgettable!!

Marshall Block (President of Real II Reel Productions) first met Dick Wagner when he attended a songwriting seminar of his. After the seminar he approached him amongst many of Wagner's fans around him and said "Hi I'm Marshall Block, I have a offer you can't refuse". Marshall told Dick he wanted to produce his solo album for him "FREE OF CHARGE" and that my friends was how Dick Wagner's Rock Hitstory album was born from a production point of view

rock hitstory.

Currently Dick Wagner is on tour here in the Motor City and surrounding area's and when he's not jet setting off to a pressing engagement he's been writing and recording with some of Real II Reel's "HOT" up and coming "emerging Artists" Kianna Ryan & Jon - Michael Goins.
Real II Reel & the The Maestro Of Rock whom Wagner's fans lovingly call him and there's no doubt he "OWNS" up to the name have once again joined forces to co-produce some of his most Beautiful, Melodic, Profound and inspiring music Wagner has always been known for, We are all so exited to be apart of this project and we can't wait to let you hear it.

Dick Wagner, Singer/Songwriter/Producer/Author ~ DICK WAGNER’S songs and lead guitar have been featured on more 200 renowned albums, garnering more than 35 Platinum and Gold records, BMI songwriter awards, Emmys and numerous prestigious international awards. The Detroit area native helped define an era in rock history by playing lead guitar and writing songs for Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, Kiss, Lou Reed, The Frost, Peter Gabriel, Meat Loaf, Ringo Starr, Tina Turner, Etta James, Air Supply, Hall & Oates, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Lita Ford, Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra, and many more. Legendary for his groundbreaking collaborations with Alice Cooper—for whom he was musical director, lead guitarist and co-writer of the icon’s biggest hits, including Only Women Bleed, You and Me, and Welcome To My Nightmare, Wagner was Cooper’s right hand man on such groundbreaking albums as Welcome to My Nightmare, Alice Cooper Goes to Hell, Lace and Whiskey, From the Inside, The Alice Cooper Show and Da Da. Together, Cooper and Wagner co-wrote the majority of Alice Cooper's top selling singles and albums, including more than 50 songs that are featured on 57 Alice Cooper albums worldwide. In 2012, Wagner’s memoirs, Not Only Women Bleed, Vignettes from the Heart of a Rock Musician were released to tremendous acclaim, spending more than two weeks at #1 on Amazon.com’s Hot New Releases in Biographies & Memoirs of Entertainers. In the words of renowned producer Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper): Wagner’s book is: “witty, artful, literate, sometimes cheeky...wistful and exuberant but, above all, musical.” Ryan Sparks, Classic Rock Revisited: “Wagner takes the reader on a highly entertaining and compelling emotional roller-coaster ride that seemingly leaves no stone unturned. ’Not Only Women Bleed’ is almost impossible to put down.” Nearly fifty years after launching his storied and dynamic career, hit songwriter, guitar virtuoso, producer, arranger and author, Dick Wagner, remains a brilliant and vibrant force on the pop/rock landscape he helped create.

July 18th, 2012 ~ Once again we were very lucky, we were invited by Dick Wagner and Susan Michelson to see Alice Cooper in concert at DTE Music Energy in Clarkston, Michigan. It was my first Alice concert. I had wished I could go back in time because what I experienced that evening was truly one of the best performances I have ever seen a ROCK band perform. TRUE ROCK N ROLL SHOWMANSHIP, at it's best!! You haven't seen a Rock concert until you have seen Alice. You feel like you have been "EXCERCISED" lack of a better word. Yeah maybe I don't get out much but it was the best 2 hours I could ever asked for. After the show we met Alice and I couldn't of had more fun. Alice was a sweetheart and although I was "lost for words" actions speak louder than words and Alice shook my hand and gave me this awesome smile. I'll never forget. I asked Dick & Alice to sign my Jeans and Alice kindly said while he was chatting with Dick at the table "Throw your leg up on the table" mind you I had sandals on with no socks on my feet. I replied..ok but I have bare feet and that aint pretty. I was really praying my feet didn't stink that night after sweating during the concert. :D We all just laughed and Alice and Dick signed my Jeans. It was a perfect night. What was even more perfect was seeing old friends like Dick Wagner & Alice Cooper "catching up" two legendary musicians who had a very special reunion.

We are very blessed to have been apart of the special evening! Looking forward to more Alice Cooper and Dick Wagner concerts. Alice was a sweetheart just like our good friends Dick & Suzy! Love you guys!
