Meet Lexze Mercado-Olin our newest talent that came all the way from Olympia, WA to create her very first EP with Marshall Block and Nick Trevisick. Lexze said that her 4 days lodging at the vast world class studio is where she will treasure studio magic forever. She loved the collective ideas and knew immediately that she was at the right place at the right time in her music career. She also gives great tribute to the wonderful David Winans II who was introduced to her musical talent via an invite to her song on Youtube called “Brighter”. A regular at Real II Real, David (CEO of David Winans II Productions), knew right away that this was a talent worth bringing to the Real II Reel music producers. Lexze also loved the melodic bonding she experienced with another recording artist Kyle Little. They hit some late hours practicing Kyle’s rap tunes which were also mastered at Real II Reel.

Lexze recalls singing since she was 5 years old and getting her first guitar at age 7, then transitioning to piano and actually writing music & lyrics at 13. After encountering an inspirational summer camp she realized how much she loved the entire music arena and hence wrote her first song “Brighter” (she shares it's about a middle school crush).

Her music goals are to share her music with the world and to continue mastering her talent with professionals like Real II Reel whom she states are hard working, passionate and genuine people with extraordinary Michigan hospitality. Lexze plans on returning for another EP because she said it's music that helps a person's heart as they’re going through life and she wants to impact hearts with her personal lyrics.
